You can sign up for a yearly service contract or pay as you go. It is a completely safe method which gives you immediate help without the expense of travel or an in-home or in-office visit. Of course not all problems can be solved from remote and a service call might be necessary, Aplus will leave the geek at home.

Aplus cannot spy on you with remote support. In fact Aplus did not write the software to enable remote support, it was written by a reputable company and whenever I connect to you computer a pop-up windows appears to let you know that someone is connected. I do not connect without permission and Aplus is only here to help, not to spy on what someone is doing, trust is everything to me and I certainly would not want to break that trust. You simple request support and I connect and help you while talking to you on the phone. Many of my clients have already used this service and are very happy with it.
